Kirkland Lake, ON - Mining

His lack of experience could have been a factor in his death in the mine on October 24, 1978… ‘We loved him as one. As one with us in spirit. As part of our life.’” - from Lamps Forever Lit – A Memorial to Kirkland Lake Area Miners, by Bernie Jaworsky
